Abstract: On the base of analyzing the limitation of modeling of traditional CIMS enterprise，dynamic modeling for virtual enterprise under network manufacturing is discussed. Firstly，the structure and feature of virtual enterprise model is presented. Creating of all sorts of the views in such model is particularly analyzed. Secondly，the process of distributed and synergic modeling under network is surveyed. Some facets of such mechanism are pointed out. Then a referenced architecture of dynamic enterprise model tools is recommended. Finally，two important technical auspice，multi enterprise knowledge integration and capability analyzing & general evaluation for dynamic enterprise model are discussed.
