RESEARCH ON INTELLIGENT OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY FOR VARIANT OF COMPLEX PRODUCTS

Abstract: In order to make an original variant of complicated technological product become feasible, the building principle of the hierarchial constraints model and the criteria evaluating relationship between the design variables and the constraints are discussed. The paper puts forward three methods, I. e, the system adjusting method, the experience adjusting method on the base of expert system technology and the comprehensive adjusting method. Finally an example demonstrates the application of methods to the backhoe working machanism of the hydraulic excavator.
