Abstract: A new fuzzification method is presented and its fuzzy control algorithm is studied. The new fuzzification method involves 2m (m may be very large) general fuzzy language variables and having united membership function. The fuzzy control algorithm involves 4m2 inference rules, which can be expressed in one explicit formula completely, so it is characteristic of general purpose and simple, being applied in machining process fuzzy control system conveniently.
