ANALYSIS OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS IN THE PROCESS OF HYDRAULIC BULGE OF RETAINING RINGS WITH THE EXTERNL PRESSED LIQUID BY THE FEM FOR LARGE ELASTIC-PLASTIC STRAINS

Abstract

Abstract: The process of hydraulic bulge of retaining rings with the external pressed liquid is a new technology. This paper analysed the effect of force paremeters on forming precision, calculated the alteration of stress, strain and load, estimated the residual stresses by the FEM for large elasto-plastic strains, and calculated the dimensions of piece in ring form before bulge by the simulation in opposite direction. The calculation coincides with to hexperiment well.
