Abstract: This article collects pratical data, domestic and international, on anvil-block amplitude of under-anvil vibration isolation forging hammer. It examines the working situation of under-anvil vibration isolation hammers in our country, and makes brief analysis on the effects caused by under-anvil vibration isolation on the production operation, the striking efficiency and by safty of equipment. It has been ascertained in practice and theory that when the anvil-block amplitude of forging hammer is amplified to 10~20mm, the production operation and the striking efficiency are not effected, a good vibration isolation effect can be obtained as well.
