Abstract: Modelling of the strong-coupled temperature and draught pressure during roll-casting process is discussed. The validity of the models is verified by the good agreemeats of the calculating results with these tested. Based on this fact, the influence of technical parameters such as roll-casting speed. Tip setback and strip thickness on surface temperature of strip, rolling pressure and tnction stress is investigated.
