Abstract: This paper describes the technically economic characteristes as well as the application scope of the hydraulic press of the pressure head with diameter reduction developed by Luoyang Institute of Technology, and it mainly discusses the basie principle as well as the force analysis of multidirectional deformation reduced diameter of the tube processed by means of the hydraulic press. The principle and the analysis are verified in practice.
