Biographical notes
LIU Xiaokang is currently an associate professor in Department of
Electronic Engineering, Chongqing Institute of Technology, China. He
received his PhD degree from College of Mechanical Engineering,
Chongqing University, China, in 2005. His research interests mainly
include mechanical measurements and intelligent instruments.

PENG Donglin is currently a professor in
Chongqing Institute of Technology, China. His research interests mainly
include CAT, instrumentation technology and intelligent sensors.
ZHU Ge is currently an associate professor

WANG Xianquan is currently an associate
professor in Chongqing Institute of Technology, China. His research
