Abstract: The development of future advanced aircraft puts forward higher requirements for the structural system in terms of function and performance, which is reflected in the structural load-bearing function integration, intelligence, lightweight, load efficiency improvement and other aspects of the demand, so it needs to match the advanced manufacturing means as support. Due to its natural advantages in macro and micro complex structure development, small batch flexible production, high efficiency and rapid response, additive manufacturing has become one of the advanced manufacturing methods supporting the development of advanced structures in the future. The bearing structure of aircraft is taken as the research object, the main material system of each part and the possible application prospect of additive manufacturing of each part are analyzed, and the combination of existing additive manufacturing and aircraft structure development to achieve the improvement of structural lightweight performance, complex component preparation, rapid prototype development are summarized and analyzed. Further, through the analysis of specific engineering requirements, the requirements of additive manufacturing for aircraft structure in new materials, optimization design, preparation, maintenance/repair, cost control and other aspects were preliminarily elaborated, which provided support and reference for the application of additive manufacturing technology in aircraft bearing structure and non-bearing functional structure technology.
