Abstract: Traditional non-destructive testing technology can't meet the requirements of condition monitoring on mechanical equipment. Non-destructive cloud testing technology is the future development trend in the field of condition monitoring, and it is also an inevitable demand for equipment health management based on big data. First, the meaning of non-destructive testing and cloud testing is summarized. Based on this, the concept of non-destructive cloud testing is defined and analyzed. The four major advantages of non-destructive cloud testing are clarified. Secondly, the three development stages of non-destructive cloud testing are explained. The data flow and system architecture have been constructed according to functional requirements. Finally, the design, development and engineering application are carried out from the two levels of the instrument and the system respectively. Through the design and analysis of non-destructive cloud testing instrument and system architecture, an acoustic emission cloud testing instrument has been developed, and a large-scale amusement device health monitoring and management cloud platform has been built. The dynamic management functions such as monitoring, fault diagnosis, and result visualization of equipment are realized, and the comprehensive application of non-destructive cloud testing is better realized. A new solution for comprehensive management of large amusement devices is provided from the perspective of cloud testing, which provides a reference and lays a foundation for subsequent research on intelligent detection.

Key words: non-destructive testing, cloud testing, large-scale amusement devices, health management, system development
