Abstract: During the disassembly process of remanufacturing and equipment operation and maintenance, the surface of the interference fit is often damaged due to the strong friction effect. The experimental results show that adding laser pit texture on the mating interface can effectively reduce the disassembly damage, and the melting layer formed by laser machining increases the slip resistance between the interference mating surfaces, which is beneficial to improve the service bearing capacity. The orthogonal experiment results show that compared with the texture density, the texture size and texture shape have more significant effects on the slip resistance of the interface. The ellipse texture with an equivalent diameter of 100 μm and a surface density of 25% has a good effect of increasing the slip resistance. In the range of contact pressure from 60 MPa to 150 MPa, the normal deformation of the textured surface is greater than that of the non-textured surface. With the increase of contact pressure, the normal deformation of the textured surface with the molten layer is more stable, and its increase is much less than that of the textured surface without the molten layer and the non-textured surface.
