Abstract: The wetting phenomenon of droplets widely exists in nature and engineering applications. The surface wetting behavior of droplets has many applications in the field of mechanical processing, and has become a hot issue in the scientific research of surface interfaces at home and abroad. The in-depth analysis of droplet spreading, adhesion and bouncing on a solid surface is carried out. The dynamic parameters of the droplet colliding with the surface and the surface texture parameters are summarized. Subsequently, the theoretical model of droplet wetting is described in detail, and the development of the mathematical model of static contact angle and dynamic contact angle and the current research status of the latest fluid wetting theory are given. Finally, the development of CFD simulation technology on surface wetting and the use of mainstream software are reviewed, and the process of numerical simulation of fluids with different surface texture parameters is summarized. Based on the theoretical model creation and numerical simulation application, the present research situation of droplet wetting behavior on textured surface is analyzed, and analyzed to further point out the current problems and future development trends.
