Abstract: In order to study the influence of mistuned coating parameters on the vibration characteristics of the blisk, a lumped-parametric model with two-degree-of-freedom sector is created. Four common types of intentional mistuning are introduced, and the influence of mistuned parameters such as the coating mass, stiffness and damping on the vibration characteristics of the system are analyzed in detail. The lumped parameter model with mistuned coating parameters is provided, and four common types of intentional mistuning such as harmonic, alternating, linear, and pseudo-harmonic are introduced by the coating. The equation of motion of the mistuned hard-coating blisk is established, and the method of solving the natural frequency and vibration response of the blisk is determined. The quantitative parameters for evaluating the strength of mistuning were given. Vibration characteristics of mistuned blisk introduced by hard coating is analyzed by an example. The results show that after the intentional mistuning produced by the coating, the maximum response of the blisk rapidly increases with increasing mistuning up to a certain value, but the response decrease with a further increase in mistuning, so the "threshold" phenomenon exist for this mistuning system.
