Study on the Generation of Fuzzy Frond End Innovative Ideas in Multi-method Integration

Abstract: Through the research on the process and law of cognitive thinking of innovation problem, a process model of fuzzy frond end innovation proposed, and divides the fuzzy frond end into four stages:opportunity identification, opportunity representation, idea generation, and idea evaluation. In the analysis of the characteristics of thinking in different stages, and combined the innovation design produce method with the actual of the new product development, quality function deployment, substance field analysis, system function analysis, contradiction matrix solution et al. are applied to fuzzy frond end of each stage in the process based on its role in the process of innovative idea, and a model of the produce of a multi-method integrated fuzzy frond end of innovation idea is put forward. Finally to supermarket automatics selling grain machine as an example, on the basis of the model guiding innovative ideas for new projects, verify the validity and practicability of the model.
