Abstract:

The solution of heat source intensity of the mould heating system is a typical inverse conduction problem, which is to solve the loading condition of the heat pipes under the given temperature field. According to the heat conduction characteristics of the curing reaction mould heating system, combining with the linear heat conduction superposition principle, the multiple sources inversion algorithm for the heat conduction of the mould heating system is proposed. For the ill-posedness of the inversion problem, the square norm is selected to improve the stability and the accuracy of the inverse process. An experimental system is built with a single cavity curing reaction mould and a temperature controlling system. The inversion results and the experimental results agree very well, which indicates that the inversion algorithm is effective and reliable to deal with the problem of engineering.
