Research Status and Green Development Trend and Prospect of Mine High-power Plunger Pump

Abstract: Plunger pumps have the advantages of simple structure, strong impact resistance, and easy to achieve high pressure, making them the core of mining hydraulic supports. The level of plunger pumps not only reflects a country's industrial development level, but also in China, high-end mining pumps have long relied on imports, making them one of the bottleneck technologies. With the development of coal mines towards high yield, efficiency, safety, and green, mining plunger pumps are facing two major development trends:using water as the working medium to replace transmission lubricants and achieve green development; High pressure, high flow rate, and high power. This article introduces the development history of mining plunger pumps, summarizes the current situation of high-pressure and high-power hydraulic plunger pumps in mines at home and abroad, analyzes the core technical problems and challenges faced by hydraulic plunger pumps in the mining field, and proposes countermeasures. Finally, the green development trend of high-pressure and high-power plunger pumps in mines is prospected.
