Collaborative Quality Value Modeling for Intelligent Manufacturing of Nuclear Power Equipment Based on System Dynamic Flow Diagram

Abstract: In view of the problem of increasing collaborative management cost caused by different economic interests of each participant in the process of nuclear power equipment construction, it is urgent to analyze the formation of collaborative quality value. Therefore, a collaborative quality value modeling method of nuclear power equipment intelligent manufacturing based on system dynamic flow diagram is proposed. The connotation of collaborative quality value in intelligent manufacturing of nuclear power equipment is defined. Based on collaborative quality management activities, the formation and increment process of collaborative quality value are analyzed, and 34 key influencing factors of collaborative quality value are screened by Vague set method. The collaborative quality value chain model of intelligent manufacturing of nuclear power equipment is constructed by value chain method. On this basis, Vensim PLE7.3.5 software is used to establish the dynamic flow diagram of the system, and the weight of each parameter in the flow diagram is determined by comprehensive integration weighting method. Based on this system dynamic flow diagram, the dynamic behavior of collaborative quality value increment process is analyzed to reveal the influence of key management factors on collaborative quality value increment, and the strategy of collaborative quality value increment of nuclear power equipment is obtained. This study provides a new research idea and direction for establishing value-driven collaborative quality assurance mechanism and maximizing the value of the whole value chain of nuclear power.
