Abstract: As the transmission channel of energy and signal during the orbit operation of the spacecraft, the attitude regulator and the reliability of the solar array drive assembly directly determine the working life of the spacecraft. The traditional mechanical reliability analysis does not take into account the degradation of mechanical properties and the fact that the load is both random and time-correlated, resulting in a conventional reliability-based analysis method based on generalized stress-strength, which can only obtain a certain reliability value. It is not possible to fully reflect the change of mechanical reliability with time. Based on the uncertainty analysis and failure mode and effects analysis of the solar array drive assembly, the failure criterion criteria and a high-precision and more realistic time dependent reliability model is proposed. The constructed technical system and theoretical method can provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the realization of the integrated goal of aerospace machinery reliable life design and its quality improvement.
