Spraying Method and Optimization of Process Parameters for Remanufacturing Profiled Workpieces Based on Coating Model

Abstract: The oil-making protection of remanufacturing parts is one of the key technologies for entering the new life cycle with good quality. The remanufacturing profiled workpieces in a variety of large quantities of irregular shape which are difficult to clamp are not easy to scale oil protection. Based on the growth model of plane and surface coating, the oil protection method that the remanufacturing profiled workpieces driven by their own weight rotate around the central axis and around the center in the closed environment is proposed. The number of spraying mechanism, the spraying mechanism position, spraying distance and the nozzle number and other key parameters are calculated. In order to improve the uniformity of spraying and spraying efficiency, based on the analysis of influence factors on the quality of spraying coating, the optimization model of nozzle space and workpiece speed was established, the optimal design parameters are obtained by particle swarm optimization(PSO). Simulation test verify the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the calculation method.
