Constraint Characteristics and an Optimal Selection Method of Networked Collaborative Manufacturing Equipment

Abstract: To select networked collaborative manufacturing equipment(NCME) optimally with the restriction of NCME's attributes and the selection targets, the attribute model of NCME is built, then a model of constraint characteristics is built, which include the attributes, the selection targets and the relationship between them. After the mathematic model is established and solved, a selection method of NCME is proposed. With Rough Set theory based, the mathematic model is solved, the constraint characteristic model is built. Based on the model, the structure of optimal selection system for networked collaborative equipment is designed, both the function structure and the operation mode are also built. Finally, this system is tested in an enterprise with a good effect.
