Load Calibration Test and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis for Hydraulic Pipeline Fittings

Abstract: For the increasing problems of hydraulic pipeline fittings fatigue failure of construction machinery product, it's quite necessary to analyze the complicated force load of hydraulic pipeline fittings. The load calibration test has been used to analyze the force load of hydraulic pipeline fittings, by using of strain gauge bridge combination, the effect of temperature on strain can be eliminated, and it's achievable that the external force of right-angle elbow can be represented by one space triaxial force and one pipe pressure force. All the force load measurements of right-angle elbow have been analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis, and the relation equations between input load and output strain had been gained, which can transform strain spectrum on actual working condition into load force, and finally obtain the actual force load of test sample, that can provide real and reliable load spectrum or boundary conditions for FEA, fatigue life estimation, and reliability designs of hydraulic pipeline fittings.
