Research and Application Assumptions of Health Management#br# Theory of Large Mechanical System

Abstract

Abstract:

It puts forward the health management theory of mechanical system based on human health management according to system theory. The suitable objects, purpose, main processes and contents, main methods and means of health management of mechanical system (HMMS) are given. It is indicated that the key performing HMMS is to establish the scientific health indicators, develop a practical health management program and perform it. Besides, it also statements some techniques which be used in the theory. The application ideas for large mechanical and electrical special equipment and large pressure special equipment were put forward under the guidance of the health management theory of mechanical system. The establishment and implementation of this theory has very important significance for insuring efficient, safe and reliable operation of large mechanical system.
