Abstract:

Reasonable scheduling can significantly reduce total energy consumption in flexible job shops. A batch splitting flexible job shop scheduling model for energy saving under alternative process plans is proposed, in terms of flexible job shops with the characteristic of large variety of workpiece, large quantities of batch size and flexibility of process plans. The characteristic of energy consumption composition of workpiece machining is analyzed, and then the batch splitting flexible job shop scheduling model is established, with the optimization objectives of minimizing energy consumption and makespan. Finally the model is solved based on Multi-objective simulated algorithm, verifying the validity of the model by comparing the algorithm optimization scheduling with experimental scheduling.
