Abstract:

For fuel cell power system using hydrogen energy in power generation, it is a clean energy technology with advantages of clean, efficient and pollution-free, and the first selection of urban rail transit. Cooling system is one of key component ensuring normal work of fuel cell tram. The high efficiency cooling system also brings about excessive noise problems which would affect the vehichle ride comfort. Aiming at the design requirements of fuel cell cooling system equipped on tram, which including the compact roof space, great heat rejection quantity and low noise, acoustic properties test of different heat radiator fin types are completed, cooling fan blade types and noise reduction materials of the cooling system. Through experimental results comparison and analysis, the optimal cooling system structure and the noise reduction material combination plan is obtained, the noise reduction quantity of which reached 2.9 dBA. On this basis, the integration design of fuel cell cooling system is completed. The test results show that this type of fuel cell cooling system achieved design requirements of the heat dissipation quantity and low noise.
