Dynamics Modeling and Ink Supply Methods ofPiezoelectric Ink-jetting Process

Abstract: In view of the piezoelectric ink-jet ink viscosity in the process of the quality of ink-jet droplet trailing, satellite drops and the problem of ink ribbon, a kind of piezoelectric ink jet process dynamics modeling and ink methods is put forward. Based on the fluid volume model (VOF) is established the dynamic model for drops sprayed physical process. Based on this model, the generated drops, fracture, and is used to numerically simulate the process of flight, through the different boundary conditions are set, analyzed the influence factors of droplet spray on ink features, get the best viscosity range nozzle job. By controlling the temperature adjustment ink characteristics and control method of liquid level control for the ink pressure, a kind of independent for ink system based on microcomputer control is designed. Using the fuzzy PID algorithm to achieve the fast and smooth response of the temperature control of ink and the good characteristics of ink and ink control effect are got. Piezoelectric ink jet experiment platform, set up the complete in the process of droplet spray droplets forming process as well as the typical features of the effectiveness of the method is verified.
