Abstract:

The dynamics equation and the moment equation of anti-resonance vibrating machines are proposed. Synchronization criterion, synchronization stability criterion, synchronization transmission criterion and synchronization transmission stability criterion are also formulated under anti-resonance state. It is theoretically proved that under anti-resonance state, not only the vibration synchronization can be realized, but the vibratory synchronization transmission also be realized. The synchronization index is always much bigger than the synchronization transmission index. If the vibratory synchronization transmission can be realized, the vibration synchronization will be reached surely. The vibratory synchronization transmission will not be definitely obtained, even the vibration synchronization is already realized. The above analysis is verified through the laboratory tests.
