Abstract: Radial runout is one of the difficulties for quality control of the remanufacturing crankshaft processing. Under the condition of recycling crankshaft in different quality level and remanufacturing processing route, processes, methods vary, the uncertainty of the roundness main journal and the bending of the crankshaft are the key influence balance measurements of remanufacturing crankshaft radial runout, defines the uncertainty connotation of the roundness main journal and the bending of the crankshaft, and builds the uncertainty measure model compared with their ideal value. The non-linear reflection relationship model between qualified rate of radial runout and the uncertainty of remanufacturing crankshaft is proposed, and Gauss - Newton iteration method is used to solve the non-linear model. And the calculation method of influence coefficient of each uncertainty is shown to analyze the influence of uncertainty on the qualified rate of radial runout, in order to improve the crankshaft remanufacturing processing and raise qualified rate of radial runout. The feasibility and validity of the model is shown by an example of remanufacturing crankshaft. Theory and technology are support for the lean management of remanufacturing parts’ processing.
