城际动车组轮轨力统计特征

Statistics Characters of Wheel/Rail Loads of Intercity EMU

摘要: 目前很少见与城际动车组相关的轮轨力方面的研究。考虑到其速度等级和线路条件等均与高速动车组有很大不同,有必要对其轮轨力作进一步的研究。利用测力轮对技术对某城际动车组的轮轨力进行4 600 km的线路测试,结果表明提速后的新修线轮轨力的动荷系数为0.25~0.35,对比既有线没有明显变化,且与350 km/h高速动车组也无明显差异。统计结果表明即使是同一线路的去程和返程,其轮轨力垂、横向分力的联合分布也有明显差异。所得轮轨力的载荷谱和各种典型运用工况下的具体统计特征可用于车辆安全性、可靠性的评估及车辆动力学等相关领域的后续研究。

Abstract: With respect to intercity EMU, there are rare studies on its wheel/rail force at present. Considering that its speed level and line conditions are very different from the high-speed EMU, it is necessary to further study its wheel/rail force. By using the instrumented wheelset, the wheel/rail force of a intercity EMU is measured under a 4 600 km test. the testing results show that the dynamic load coefficient of the speed-increased new lines are about 0.25-0.35, which is not significant different from that of the existing lines, and that 350 km/h-high-speed EMU. The statistical results show that even the go and return of the same line, the joint distributions of the vertical and lateral force are significant different. The load spectra of wheel/rail force and the specific statistical characteristics under various typical conditions concluded in this paper can be used in the follow-up research in related fields such as assessment of vehicle safety, reliability or vehicle dynamics.
