楔横轧三维热力耦合非线性有限元模拟

摘要: 利用三维刚—塑性大变形热应力耦合有限元理论研究了楔横轧轧制过程,并在有限元软件Deform-3D平台上,开发建立了楔横轧轧制三维刚—塑性热力耦合有限元仿真模型。通过模拟计算的结果,分析了轧件在轧制过程中的温度变化及其原因,并给出了轧件各向应力场的分布。所分析内容为进一步研究材料内部微观组织演变规律,准确预测楔横轧产品综合机械性能具有理论指导意义。

Abstract: The cross wedge rolling (CWR) process is studied with the aid of 3-dimension rigid-plastic and coupled thermo-mechanical FEM. On the platform of the general non-linearity FEM software Deform-3D, 3-dimension rigid-plastic and thermo-mechanical finite element model has been established. Based on simulation results, temperature variation of workpiece is analyzed during the rolling process. It also shows the distributions of stress field in the different directions. They have theoretical guide and significance further to investigate the microstructural evolution law and predict accurately on comprehensive mechanical property of CWR product.
