摘要: 目前,高速列车制动闸片剩余厚度采用人工方法测量,耗时费力,成本较高。闸片与制动盘的贴合情况也难以判断,影响了制动安全性。为了解决此问题,通过对高速列车转向架基础制动结构空间、实际工况的充分考虑,基于阿贝原则,考虑测量误差补偿,结合现场运用环境,采用光电与机械方法相结合,并考虑数据测量精度,应用模块化设计的理念,建立了合理的检测模型并进行了误差分析,验证了模型的可行性。

Abstract: At present, the residual thickness of brake plate of high-speed train is measured by manual method, which is time-consuming and costly. In order to solve this problem, through the full consideration of the space and actual working conditions of the foundation braking structure of the high-speed train bogie, based on the Abbe principle, considering the measurement error compensation, combined with the field application environment, using the combination of photoelectric and mechanical methods, considering the data measurement accuracy, and applying the concept of modular design, a reasonable detection model is established, and the error analysis is carried out to verify the feasibility of the model.
