316L不锈钢等离子增材制造工艺与尺寸预测模型研究

Research on the Process and Prediction Model for Size of 316L Stainless Steel Fabricated by Plasma Arc Additive Manufacturing

摘要: 以316L不锈钢粉末为成形材料,通过单因素法研究工艺参数对单层单道焊道尺寸的影响,结果表明送粉速度为5~12 g/min,堆覆速度为300~600 mm/min,堆覆电流在30~50 A为成型质量较好的工艺窗口。通过设计二次通用旋转组合试验,建立一个基于二次回归方程的直臂体尺寸预测模型,输入层为成型工艺中的堆覆电流、堆覆速度、送粉速度,输出层为的宽度和层高。模型得到各参数影响尺寸显著度较高的回归方程,并表明对宽度的影响程度顺序为:堆覆电流 > 送粉速度 > 堆覆速度,对层高的影响顺序为:送粉速度 > 堆覆电流 > 堆覆速度。采用两组直臂体试验验证模型的准确性并进行力学性能测试,试验结果与预测值的误差均在5%以内,表明模型预测效果较好。并进行力学性能分析,样件拉伸强度达到了560 MPa以上较铸造件的480 MPa有明显提高。

Abstract: The influence of process parameters of plasma arc additive manufacturing on the size of single layer single pass bead is studied by single factor method with 316L stainless steel powder. The results show that a good process window with the powder feeding speed about 5-12 g/min, welding speed about 300-600 mm/min, and the current about 30-50 A.A quadratic general rotary combination test is taken to establish a prediction model of straight arm size based on quadratic regression equation with current, welding speed, powder feeding speed as input and the width and height as output. The influence on the width of straight arm body is:current > powder feeding speed > welding speed, and the order of influence on layer height is:powder feeding speed > current > welding speed. Two groups of straight arm tests are used to verify the accuracy of the model. The errors between the experimental results and the predicted values are less than 5%, which showed that the model had a good prediction effect. And the mechanical properties analysis is found that the tensile strength about 560 MPa or more is higher than the casting part.
