摘要: 为提高海底观测网络的稳定性,提出一种海底观测网络的直流高中压变换器电路结构并讨论其动态特性。针对高中压电源变换器输入电压高,输出功率大的特点,采用串联输入串联输出和串联输入并联输出相结合的多模块复合结构,来减小体积并实现模块化设计;控制上采用提前引入补偿值的电压型PWM控制技术,实现抗干扰能力强和响应速度快等特性;采用继电反馈法整定误差放大器的PI参数,减小系统的输出超调电压和稳态波动幅值,使得该电源变换系统在大负载阶跃下的动态稳定性有所提高。为后续分析系统在启动和负载变化等大信号下的瞬态响应,建立高中压电源变换器仿真模型。仿真和试验结果表明,所采用得模块化设计能实现极小体积,并能达到散热需求,采用无超调整定规则整定的PI参数能极大地减小系统输出超调电压和稳态波动幅值,使得高中压电源变换器的稳态特性得到提升,在启动和负载切变过程中均表现出了良好的动态特性。

Abstract: In order to improve the stability of the submarine observation network, a medium voltage DC-DC converter circuit structure for a submarine observation network is proposed and its dynamic characteristics are discussed. Considering the high input voltage and high output power of the converter, a multi-module composite structure combining series input series output and series input parallel output is adopted to reduce the volume and realize modular design. The voltage-type PWM control technology with advanced compensation value realizes anti-interference ability and fast response. The relay feedback method is used to adjust the PI parameter of the error amplifier, which reduces the output overshoot voltage and steady-state fluctuation amplitude of the system. In order to analyze the transient response of the system under large signals such as startup and load change, a simulation model of the converter is established. The simulation and experimental results show that the modular design can achieve the minimum volume and reach the heat dissipation requirement. The PI parameters under no overshoot tuning rule can greatly reduce the output overshoot voltage and steady state fluctuation amplitude. Finally, the steady state characteristics of the medium voltage converter are improved, and it shows good dynamic characteristics during start-up and load change.
