Research on Multi-objective Optimization Redesign Method for Used Mechanical Equipment Based on Analytical Target Cascading

摘要: 为解决废旧机械装备整体再设计与零部件再设计间复杂的耦合关联问题,提出基于目标级联的废旧机械装备多目标优化再设计方法。根据废旧机械装备损伤状况、剩余使用寿命等状态信息和需求主体的产品进化需求信息,获取废旧机械装备再制造成本、能量消耗和材料消耗的范围约束再设计目标,然后采用目标级联方法协同考虑系统整体再设计目标与零部件再设计目标,建立以再制造成本、能量消耗和材料消耗为目标的多目标优化模型,提出一种自适应调整策略的教与学算法对该模型寻优求解。最后,以废旧车床C6140为例,验证了上述方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: In order to solve complicated coupled problems between system and components, a multi-objective optimization redesign method based on analytical target cascading (ATC) are presented. On the basis of the damage condition, remaining service life information and demand information, the range of remanufacturing cost, energy consumption, and material consumption can be obtained, aiming to restrict redesign objectives. An ATC method is presented to cooperation system redesign objectives and components redesign objectives. A multi-optimization model is established including remanufacturing cost, energy consumption and material consumption. The adapt teaching-learning-based optimization (A-TLBO) method is adopted to solve this model. Finally, a used machine tool (model C6140) is taken as an example to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
