舰船轴系设计质量控制模型构建方法及应用研究

摘要: 针对传统舰船轴系设计过程缺乏科学的质量控制方法的问题,以质量功能展开为支撑理论,研究构建舰船轴系设计质量控制模型,对模型中的需求指标获取、需求指标权重计算、质量屋输出指标重要度计算等相关理论及算法提出有效的解决方案。以某轴系设计为对象,研究构建该轴系设计质量控制模型,明确了该轴系各设计阶段的质量控制依据,验证研究内容的有效性。研究表明:构建的舰船轴系设计质量控制模型能够为轴系设计需求获取及映射、设计质量控制提供科学指导,同时也能为提高舰船轴系设计的主动性、科学性和准确性奠定一定的基础,具有重要的理论意义和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Pointed the problem that it is lack of scientific quality control method in marine shaft system design in traditional design process for marine shaft system, building method of design quality control model for marine shaft system based on quality function deployment is studied. Meanwhile related problems of the model such as acquiring method for requirement indexes, weight calculation method for requirement indexes, weight calculation method for output indexes of House of Quality, are studied and solved. Furthermore, design quality control model for certain marine shaft system design is built, and quality basis of each design stage for the shaft system is clarified, which indicated that the research is effective and feasible. It shows that the design quality control model for marine shaft system could provide scientific basis for acquiring and mapping design requirements and quality control for marine shaft system design, which could also help to improve initiative, science and accuracy for marine shaft system design, and it has important theoretical significance and broad application prospects.
