基于语义的压铸模浇道建模方法研究

Research on the Modeling Method of Die Casting Channel Based on Semantics

摘要: 为解决复杂压铸件浇道系统生成繁琐、关联性差,以及在建模过程中设计信息易产生随机变异和理解偏差等问题,提出一种以语义为主导的3D建模方法,定制"三层参数和二级语义映射"机制,实现几何信息与设计意图契合统一;另外,借鉴压铸模知识原理,将浇道复杂零部件做结构、功能上的区别统一,抽象为多语义类,各类按设计优先级高低细分为多语义单元,进而构建出浇溢语义模型库。以上述理论为基础,结合拓展参数化设计技术,以UG/NX为开发平台,开发出浇道设计系统。实例分析表明,该建模方法使得设计者能够从语义层直观编辑浇道特征,通过调用修改接口实现模型驱动,在对诸多复杂压铸件模具设计中具有良好的精确性、高效性及广泛的自适应性,能有效地缩短开发周期。

Abstract: To deal with complex production and poor correlation during the runner system of complex die casting, as well as the random variation and understanding deviation of design information happened in the process of modeling, a method of semantic oriented 3D modeling is proposed, three layer parameters and two semantic mapping mechanism are customed to realize the geometric information and design intention agreement. In addition, the complex runner constituents are distinguished from the structure as well as function and then abstracted into semantic categories with the aid of knowledge in die casting.After that the units are subdivided into several semantic elements according to the design priority level, and then the model base of the overflow semantic model is constructed. Based on the above theory, combine with the expansion of the parametric design technology and make UG/NX as development platform to develop the runner system design. The example analysis shows that this modeling method can make designers edit runner features from semantic layer visual, drive the implementation model by calling the modified interface. It has good accuracy, high efficiency and wide adaptability when deal with complex die casting die design, and also can shorten the development cycle effectively.
