考虑变形影响的公差分析及其研究进展

Research Progress of Tolerance Analysis Taking into Account the Deformation

摘要: 在公差分析中考虑变形因素的影响是公差分析的重要研究方向之一。由于零件在加工、装配和使用中受到力、热或环境的影响会发生局部变形,传统的基于刚体假设的公差分析模型已经无法有效考虑变形对于公差的影响,因此有必要对考虑变形影响的公差分析方法和模型进行研究。结合近二十年来国内外专家学者对于考虑变形的公差分析方法的研究,对考虑变形影响的公差分析方法进行归纳和分析。从公差及变形的表达方法、变形计算方法、变形与公差耦合分析、以及计算机辅助公差设计等方面系统地评述国内外学者对考虑变形影响的公差分析的研究现状,并给出需要进一步研究的问题。

Abstract: Considering the deformation influence is one of the most important research topics of tolerance analysis. The deformation on parts will appear due to the influence of force, temperature and environment in manufacture, assembly and work. The traditional tolerance analysis model based on rigid body has been unable to consider the effect of deformation on tolerance, so it is necessary to research the methods of the tolerance analysis taking into account the deformation. Combined with the research of on tolerance analysis considered the deformation which the domestic and abroad experts are committed to in last twenty years, the methods and models are summarized. The advances of research are reviewed from the representation of tolerance and deformation, method for deformation calculation, tolerance-deformation coupled analysis, and computer-aided tolerance analysis. Some critical issues deserving further research on tolerance analysis taking into account the deformation are also summarized.
