基于裂纹失效区域划分的TBM刀盘裂纹位置预估及分析

Predict and Analysis the Locations of Fatigue Crack in TBM Cutterhead Based on Crack Failure Regions Division

摘要: 裂纹是造成TBM刀盘失效的主要原因,由于TBM刀盘本身体积庞大,受力情况复杂等原因,导致TBM刀盘不同部位的裂纹扩展情况不同,加上无法准确预估裂纹的位置,进而无法准确地计算TBM刀盘疲劳寿命。针对这种情况本文提出一套基于TBM刀盘裂纹失效区域划分的TBM刀盘裂纹位置预估与分析方法。结合受力及结构形式的不同划分刀盘易发生裂纹的危险区域,根据实际掘进情况,将TBM刀盘掘进过程分为四种工况,分析总结各个工况下TBM刀盘的应力分布,结合裂纹失效统计结果,预估TBM刀盘裂纹位置,根据裂纹失效区域划分的结果统计预估裂纹位置所在区域,以此作为依据分析计算TBM刀盘疲劳寿命裂纹所需参数,以吉林引淞TBM刀盘为例,刀盘易发生裂纹的部位可划分为10个区域,根据计算显示中心块面板,支撑筋与面板连接处、中心刀、边滚刀刀座焊接处、出渣槽等位置为裂纹易出现的位置,结合分区结果计算各区域应力幅值,为后期计算TBM刀盘疲劳寿命奠定基础。

Abstract: Cracks are the main cause of TBM cutter failure. As TBM cutter itself bulky, poor working conditions, the complex force function etc., the location of the cracks cannot be predicted accurately, in addition the the fatigue life of TBM cutter also do not be calculated accurately. For dealing with this problem, a method of predicting the crack position of TBM cutterhead based on crack failure regions division is proposed. The dangerous area was divided on the basis of the different stress and structure. Based on the facts, the excavation process is divided into four conditions, analyzed and summarized the stress distribution of TBM cutter in various of working conditions, combined with failure statistics and analysis of the previous crack, the cracks location can be estimated. Statistics the area which crack location belong to area based on the results of crack failure division, as a basis for analysis of crack parameters needed for TBM cutter head fatigue life. Taking the TBM cutterhead of Yin Song Jilin as an example, 10 areas has been divided according to crack-resistance, the forecast results of cracks location including the central block panel, connections between support bars and panel, the center cutter, edge hob knife welding, slag slot. calculated the regional stress amplitude combined with regions division. It's the prerequisite for calculating the fatigue life of TBM cutter.
