FAST 50 m模型馈源支撑系统的结构参数优化

Parameter Optimization of a Feed Structure for 50 m Scaled Model of the Large Spherical Radio Telescope

摘要: 对大射电望远镜50 m缩比模型的索驱动馈源支撑系统三级结构及参数进行优化设计。考虑到馈源支撑系统的天顶角指标从40°增加到60°的技术要求,改变二级模型结构,提出了三级索驱动馈源支撑系统结构,由馈源舱,AB轴,Stewart平台三部分构成,为了降低索拉力差,馈源舱的调整角度设计为20°,AB轴调整40°,Stewart平台调整定位精度。对馈源舱,AB轴的结构参数做了优化设计。并依优化结果,制造了新的三级索驱动馈源支撑系统的50 m缩比模型进行测试验证。

Abstract: A structural parameter optimization and simulation of a three-level cable-driven feed structure (CFS) for 50 m model of the large spherical radio telescope is presented. Considering the requirement of the orientation of the CFS increased to 60° from 40°, a novel design of the three-level CFS is performed. Aiming at the drawback of tension difference of the CFS, a method to optimize the tension difference of cables, and the structure of AB axis in CFS is proposed. Simulations had been developed combining with the 50 m FAST model, which demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed three-level feed cable-driven structure.
