FAST反射面索网支承结构误差敏感性分析和多误差耦合分析

Error Sensitivity Analysis and Multiple Error Coupling Analysis of FAST Cable-net Supporting Structure

摘要: 500 m口径球面射电望远镜(Five-hundred-meter aperture spherical radio telescope,FAST)的主动反射面采用柔性索网作为支承结构,通过促动器连接下拉索控制索网实现主动变位观测,这对索网支承结构的制作和安装精度要求高。采用正态分布的随机误差分析方法,针对面索和下拉索的系统索长误差、主动面索张拉力误差及外联节点安装误差,分别进行了独立误差分析和多误差耦合分析,掌握各误差对索力的影响程度,确定各误差的控制指标。分析表明:面索系统索长误差和外联节点安装误差是影响索力的主要因素;多误差的耦合效应不是各独立误差效应的线性叠加,应综合考虑主要误差因素进行耦合分析来确定控制指标。分析结果:面索和下拉索的系统索长误差限值分别为±1.5 mm和±20 mm,主动索张拉力误差限值为±5%,外联节点安装误差限值为±50 mm。这为FAST索网支承结构施工质量的控制提供了依据。

Abstract: The five-hundred-meter aperture spherical radio telescope (FAST) is supported by cable net, which enables the antenna surface to carry out displacement observation through the actuators connected to the cables. The production and installation accuracy of FAST cable-net supporting structure is quite high. In order to determine sensitivity degree and control index of the errors, the independent error analysis and multiple error coupling analysis are carried out for the cable-length error, the active-cable tension error and the outer-node coordinate error, based on the random error analysis method of normal distribution. The analysis results show that the errors of the cable-length and the outer-node coordinate are the main influencing factors of the cable force. The coupling effect of multiple errors is not linear superposition of independent error effects, and the main errors' coupling should be taken into account to determine the control index. The limit of the main-cable length error and radial-cable length error are ±1.5 mm and ±20 mm, while the active-cable tension limit is ±5% and the outer-node coordinate error is ±50 mm, which is provided for the control of the construction quality of FAST cable net.
