涡旋盘背压成形工艺研究

摘要: 针对汽车空调涡旋盘高厚比大、壁厚小且不均的结构特点,以DEFORM软件分析为手段,采用背压成形工艺对涡旋盘成形进行研究。对背压成形原理、变形区金属流动和受力情况进行理论分析,并通过高温压缩试验获得涡旋盘材料4032铝合金的真应力应变曲线。在涡旋上设置10个测量点,对比分析背压力和背压距离对涡旋盘成形质量的影响规律。以坯料温度、模具温度、背压力和背压距离为自变量,进行四因素四水平正交试验,获得最大成形载荷、端部高度差和平整度数据。结合灰色系统理论对涡旋盘背压成形工艺参数进行优化,在自主设计的成形机上进行试验,所得结果与模拟结果一致,符合涡旋盘尺寸要求,验证了该成形方案和灰色系统理论优化的可行性。

Abstract: As for the high thickness ratio and small wall thickness and uneven structure characteristics of automotive air condition scroll, the scroll forming process is studied using back pressure forming process by the DEFORM software. The forming principle for backpressure deformation, the metal flowing rules and the force situation are analyzed, the material of scroll is 4032 aluminum alloy whose true stress-strain curve is obtained by high temperature compression test. Set 10 measuring points in the vortex, the effect laws of backpressure and backpressure distance on scroll forming quality are compared by simulation. Four factors and four levels orthogonal experiment is numerically simulated while billet temperature, mold temperature, backpressure and backpressure distance are independent variables, the data of the maximum forming load, height difference and flatness are acquired by the orthogonal experiment. The grey system theory was used in the parameters optimization of backpressure forming of scroll, the experiment is done on the self-designed molding machine, the results which meet the requirement of the scroll size and verify the feasibility of the forming process and the grey system theory.
