考虑系统重用和加工任务重现的制造系统布局重组规划

Layout Reconfiguration Planning of Manufacturing Systems Considering System Reusability and Task Recurrence

摘要: 针对多零件族变批量的生产需求,为降低系统重新配置的代价,提出考虑系统重用和加工任务重现的制造系统布局重组规划方法。分析系统重用和加工任务重现的必要性,建立相应的测度指标,依据优先关系、唯一性、加工功能、生产节拍、最大空闲时间、车间空间等约束条件,以追加投资、重组成本、空闲时间、加工任务重现度、系统重用度等指标的线性组合为目标函数,建立面向多零件族变批量需求模式的布局重组规划模型,并给出基于遗传算法的布局重组算法。以某车间的柴油发动机缸盖加工生产线为例,验证该规划方法的正确性和有效性。结果表明:所提出的集成布局重组规划方法是以现有系统布局形态为基础,实现了重组过程的重用性和经济性,同时满足了制造系统对生产功能和生产能力的需求。

Abstract: Focusing on the requirement of multi-part scalable batch production, a layout reconfiguration planning technology of manufacturing systems considering system reusability and task recurrence is proposed to reduce system reconfiguration cost. The estimation indexes to measure system and task recurrence are established based on detailed analysis. According to some constraints including task precedence, uniqueness, machining function and capability, maximum idle time and workshop space, a layout reconfiguration model and a GA-based algorithm for multi-part scalable batch production mode are built while choosing the linear combination of additional investment, reconfiguration cost, idle time, task recurrence, system reusability as its objective function. A diesel engine cylinder head machining line is taken as an example to validate the proposed technology. The results show that the integrated layout reconfiguration technology actualizes the reusability and economy of reconfiguration process and fulfills the requirements of production functions and capabilities for manufacturing systems.
