Study on Running Characteristic of Oscillation Impacter for Oil-drilling

摘要: 振荡冲击器在石油钻井中的应用越来越广泛,逐渐成为钻井提速的关键技术之一。对振荡冲击器的结构、工作原理以及水击力的产生和振动机理进行分析与探讨,对水击力和振幅进行了计算,得到水击力大小与阀孔开度成反比关系且随阀孔开度变化而变化,水击频率与螺杆转速成正比关系,阀片组上下产生双水击作用。分析认为双水击作用有助于破岩,产生的轴向振动是连续温和的振动,能够有效解决水平井、大位移井托压、黏卡和有效钻压传递问题,有助于工具面控制,对大部分随钻测井仪器无影响,延长了钻头寿命。

Abstract: The application of oscillation impacter for drilling in petroleum industry is becoming more and more widely, which have turned to be the key technology for improving the rate of penetration. Structure, working principle of oscillation impacter, generation of the water hammer and vibration mechanism are analyzed. Water hammer force and amplitude are also computed. The results show that water hammer force and the valve opening is inversely proportional, frequency of water hammer is proportional to the motor collar revolutions per minute, dual water hammer is produced by up and down valves together. Dual water hammer may be helpful for rock breaking. The gentle axial vibration resolves sticking and heavy bottom hole assembly hang in horizontal or extended reach wells, helps tool face control and extends bit life.
