盾构装备掘进总推力的反演识别与力学建模

摘要: 盾构掘进载荷与装备地质适应性密切相关,有效地控制掘进推力载荷是保证装备安全施工与提高掘进效率的关键环节。分析盾构掘进中总推力的特点,以及掘进参数、地质参数与装备构型参数等对掘进总推力的影响,利用力学分析与量纲分析的方法,建立掘进总推力力学模型。采用多元回归的方法,处理工程实测数据,对掘进总推力力学模型中的系数进行反演识别。结合天津地铁九号线十一经路站至大直沽西路站施工段的工程实测数据,采用统计学分析方法,讨论掘进总推力力学模型的计算残差。通过海量工程实测数据与力学模型预估结果比较,讨论掘进总推力力学模型的适用性。分析表明,所建立的总推力力学模型能够反映掘进总推力与掘进速度以及地质参数等主要影响因素间的相互影响规律,可以为施工中总推力的合理选取与控制提供参考。

Abstract: Shield tunneling machine load is closely connected with the geological condition,Effective control on total thrust of shield tunneling machine is vital for the equipment operating security and efficiency. The characters of total thrust and influence of operating parameters, geological parameters and equipment configuration over total thrust are analyzed. Mechanical model of total thrust is established through the mechanical analysis and dimensional analysis. Inverse identification from on-site data is carried out for mechanical model coefficients via the multiple regression method. Based on the on-site data acquired from Rd. Shiyijing to Rd. Dazhiguxi of Tianjin No. 9 subway project, model residual is discussed using statistical analysis. By comparing the massive on-site data and mechanical model prediction results, model feasibility is discussed. Analysis indicates that established mechanical model is able to reflect the interactions among the total thrust, excavation speed and geological parameters. The model can serve as the reference for thrust selection and control in engineering.
